They informed me my rear control arm on the right was bad. I supplied the Dorman parts and had them change both while they were in there. 1 week later, my car became unsafe to drive again and in worse condition than it was - so i took it back up there. They said that both parts they put on went bad and i supplied bad parts. A week later i came back asking for a quote for them to do the job all over again and they supply the parts and they refused.. they became unsure that what they told me would fix it a week before would fix it and REFUSED TO GUARANTEE THEIR WORK. I took my car to Sherwood Tire Pros, and was informed that the parts went bad because they were installed incorrectly (you're supposed to preload the cars weight before completely tightening them up). This means that the first big bump i hit in the road ruined the new, GOOD parts i supplied. They also informed me that the alignment WAS NOT DONE after they had installed them.. in particular, my back left wheel was 2.5 degrees off! I called them after their poor job was corrected by STP, and they REFUSED TO ADMIT FAULT OR COMPENSATE FOR DAMAGES DONE AND THE LABOR I PAID THEM. Basically, they stole over half a grand from me and risked my and my daughters lives and would not accept accountability for their actions and also are ignorant to basic service work. Multiple times i was in this shop other customers came in with their own complaints as well. I shouldve listened.
