        Yes the building loaded with roaches, run down I was grateful to have my own warm spot not on the cold sreets.Good and bad everywhere.The tenants live under poverty level.I do also.

        Heritage House is overloaded with filth, including cockroaches, due to the filth living there, albeit there are some good people there who suffer from the criminals who are fellow tenants and staff.
