Great professional real estate company to work with. Dale Bennet is a top professional agent and very friendly to work with. Dale was very responsive with timely information and answers. I could always trust his answers and if he didn't know the answer he would say so and get back to me as soon as he had the answer or let me know he was still working on it. Very enjoyable to work with. Thank you Dale Bennet and thanks to all of Rays Realty staff.

Bought a house through Dale & was lied to. My house floods; it has had both water intrusion & damage, along with standing water issues of my yard. My disclosure forms state none of these ever occurred. I had mold growing in my walls & ended up ill after having to tear it out. I would never buy a house from nor recommend this guy to anyone ever again.

I have used Ray's Realty for two different house sales. My first house went under contract within 3 days of listing. My second house went under contract within one week of listing. I trust this agency and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
