After ensuring me that she would help me to gain divorce from an abusive man during my initial appointment with her, she accused me at the time that I came to sign my papers of making a post on Facebook that I never made without speaking to me about my case at all. When I corrected her and asked if she was going to represent me fairly by asking me before making judgments and assumptions of me based on whatever source she is receiving her information from, she told me to go get my retainer back from the front office because she “is done with me”.

I wasn't her client, my husband was but I dealt with the office staff. They didn't always get back with him or myself when they said they would. Also had to tell them some things multiple times even when they were given instructions already on paper. I felt they were either over booked or under staffed and didn't have appropriate time to deal with our instructed and agreed agreements. I will however say the staff was very kind when spoke too, somewhat emphatic but I guess not really their position to be so but I believe I would rate them much higher if they were. These are sensitive issues and not all issues same from one client to the next. I never met the actual lawyer, would know who she was if I walked straight up to her. My husband was even frustrated a few times because told one thing but when it didn't happen he wasn't contacted to be told otherwise. That's when I stepped up to see if I could get answers questioned. I hit that same brick wall at times unless I placed myself directly in the office instead of just the phone. As I indicated, I believe under staffed which would speak highly of her reputation or overbooked and I am not sure what that indicates. Finally everything has been resolved...

She took my case kept me informed and got me exactly what u ask for. Very knowledgeable nice and easy to deal with.
