        6 moths now at $100 a month and still can’t get the internet fixed. $600 down the drain!! 😡 UPDATE - 11 Months later still NOT working properly!! Wow!

        Worst customer service.. was on the phone for over an hour and they hung up on me mid call.. they will offer the better deals for their new customers but don’t offer them to their returning /existing customers

        The installer was some 18 year old kid who damaged my house and then left. Plus, I had to finish the install on my own. He never came back. Called Suddenlink multiple times to have it resolved and customer service would not help me at all. Never ever will I recommend this company for any type of service.
