        Absolutely love this bank but Mrs. Diana Cantrell has the worst customer service I have came by in a bank. Sadly has poor communication skills and kindness in her sadly does not exist. So sad she ruined my experience at this bank. Hopefully one day shell get some skills under her belt.

        I am not happy the night deposit has been cover over with a stainless piece of steel. I have used this branch because it is closest to my work and it is the only branch opened on Saturday. Otherwise I would have rated it the fifth star. Why the lost of the night depository?
