Pay It Forward Fort Smith AR
Well, it seemed to start out good. But eventually it got confusing. I paid WELL OVER $1k to start my case and thought "okay finally I am going to get some help". A little paper work was filed and we went to court for 11 minutes once with a rescheduling for February this year. While waiting for the court date/court I started to notice things were being ignored by my lawyer and things were being left out of discovery that other lawyers were saying needed to be there. Unanswered emails & phone calls & questions about my case were also ignored. I was spoken to pretty rudely by my lawyer in emails telling me she is not a charity and such. My lawyer did not even tell me the court date for jury trial in February of this year, I had to find that out on my own. My lawyer witnessed the man following/stalking me and she did not once even help me get any paper work to keep him at bay. She now tells me I owe over her $1k again for past work on top of the WELL OVER 1K I ALREADY PAID and when I tried to offer to pay her in March of this year she dropped my case and sent a letter to the court saying she dropped my case within moments. I feel I was taken advantage of and I thought I could trust her. I think my lawyer was to emotional. I wish this was not the case. Best of luck to anyone who hires them. God bless

I highly recommend hiring Makenzie Arnold as your attorney. She will fight tooth and nail for you and your case. Shes also understanding of the stress that a case may put on a client and that was a big deal for me. Ive had previous attorneys that werent as considerate during my times of stress. Makenzie Arnold is absolutely worth hiring as your attorney. If I ever need to in the future, I will always come back to Makenzie.

My son used Melanie in his divorce and custody. And I would not recommend her for anything. She did not communicate well and she bad mouth him and degraded him to his ex-wifes lawyer thru emails. She was very unprofessional. She really was one big DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! Dont use her!!!!
