This will be the only UPS location I use in the future. Made the mistake of having something sent to Rodney Parham and it was a nightmare. However, the location on Taylor more than makes up for that. Incredibly efficient, polite, and in and out within minutes.

Just left the Rodney Parham location because they would not except my Amazon returns unless I had everything printed and ready,boxed up, taped up ready to go. at this location I walked in, they scan my QR codes, stuck labels on the boxes and tape them up for me. No questions asked. No words spoken except thank you and have a great day.
Extremely happy with the service. Avoid the Rodney Param location at all cost.

If you want rude service, this is your store. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Amazon doesn’t even require you to box up items to return at a UPS Store but somehow I’d need to print a label and pay for it. I sent them the label but their “Internet was down” so she couldn’t print it although all of the other systems seemed to be up. I sat outside of that store for another 5 minutes before I saw the clerk leave. I guess she couldn’t be bothered to help since it was time to clock out. From the beginning of our interaction, the woman didn’t greet me or say anything. She just stared at me until I walked up to the counter.
