After ordering I was told it would take 35 to 45 minutes but instead it took over an hour and a half to get my order of a medium pizza and 6 wings

It was a totally disgusting dirty place. The nastiest pizza hut I have EVER seen in my life. The pizza wasn't even eatable.

Placed an order specific about where I was 45 min later driver calls said she was in lobby walk down there and no delivery driver woman at front desk calls the hotel next door literally share the same parking lot . Asked if they had a delivery driver there they said yes ok send them up here he will be outside waiting.. waited 10 min. Still nothing called driver told her I was canceling the order she hangs up! Call the store talked with Chris the manager refunds me my money and said well we will deliver them any way for the inconvenience.. well 45 min later still nothing call back to see if she was still going to deliver or not and he said no sir.. what a wast a time and lack of communication after talking to a few other people who did get there delivered said they wished they had gone else where and will not be ordering from there again...
