Just stopping in to warn people because after being involved with multiple properties with him, you won’t find out the true extent of the issues with your property (if they are ever disclosed by him) until he has you locked in with a lease or nonrefundable deposit. Slum lord is the only word I have and all I want to say is save yourself and listen to people being honest rather than the suits trying to save his rep, clearly they are friends and probably as shady as he is. I am only here so people don’t get their literal lives ruined like I did. Find any other realtor or landlord. Trust me.

My husband and I would never had been able to buy our dream home without the expertise and experience of Lance Levi. He doesn't sugar coat things to make a sale. He is honest and very helpful. Anyone that doesn't appreciate that, well, they should look in the mirror. We plan to use him in the future for other properties.
