My wife and I will never be back to buy or get repairs! Their service department and advisors are awful! Weve spent close to $8.5k on repairs for my Jeep and given them 5 chances to fix it and dealt with the worst communication from their team EVER. It started leaking oil in my driveway after they only replaced my TIPM (never done that before started in October 23), magically needs a front track bar per Ethan Snyder, sales advisor, (never had a wobble before the last visit where they replaced the TIPM), dies randomly on the side of the road($1600 TIPM was supposed to fix that per Ethan Snyder), no heat and exhaust/oil smell through vents STILL!(this was the original problem I came in for in APRIL 2023) TIPM along with $8k other repairs was supposed to fix all this and yet here I am in the same exact position I started with another $1k+ repairs they want me to do! If I can take legal action after finding an honest mechanic, you bet I will. Update: Another shop reviewed ALL their work, found that they lied about the heater core being fine (SHOCKER). There were 2 blockages and a 16-18F difference between the driver and passenger sides air temp. Fixed both problems(heat and smell) and have resolved it in 4 days. Also, no one ever called me as their reply suggested just FYI - that must be all for looks. Update 8/5/2024: Ive never had axle issues ever in the 12 years that I have owned my jeep. I put my trust in Landers CDJ and had some work done with my front axle. My Jeeps front axle lost all fluid in the front differential and seized the whole axle. Now on top of the almost $12,000 that I already put into my jeep at the dealership, I have to put in another $10,000 for an axle. I am 100% convinced that the dealership either sabotaged my Jeep. No way all of a sudden I have axle issues to this magnitude.
