We had Horticare come out and level our yard to install sod. Ever since they did this, our master bedroom has flooded with every heavy rain. It has been four months since this issue started and I'm typing this as water is coming into our bedroom once again. We had to rip all of our carpet out because it was destroyed as well as some flooring that got soaked. We went from having nice carpet and floors to living on a damp concrete slab. We have lived in the house through hurricane seasons and thunderstorms that had half our yard underwater and we never had this problem until we hired Horticare. Their employees did not properly grade our yard and have cost us THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs and damges and the total is still going up. The employees who leveled out our yard asked us to hire them independently to "save both of us time and money" and have since charged us over $2000 to "waterproof" our house. The job lasted for around two months and the leaks have started up again. We are furious and distraught. We don't know what to do anymore.

Beautiful selection of annuals and hard scape. More expensive than box stores but you get what you pay for. The selection is amazing.
