        I wasn't expecting to have to purchase a vehicle ASAP, but unfortunately my son's car gave out on him. I had no idea where to even begin looking. I remembered that Chris Gaines worked for Kia, so I decided to start there, and I'm so glad I did. He showed my son a car that he feel in love with. From day one Mr. Gaines was patient with us throughout the entire process. He didn't mind answering any questions that we had, took his time explaining everything to us in detail, and was very thorough from beginning to end. I also appreciated the fact that Mr. Gaines made sure the "timing" was convenient for us and he was very accommodating. I will definitely be recommending Chris Gaines to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Thank you so much!
