Pryor took over managing the coverage for my home, car, umbrella, and 3 businesses from my previous, now retired Farmers agent. I have been a long term customer of Farmers and Pryor certainly has continued the Farmers tradition of prompt, friendly personal service with foresight into future needs. He does a great job of proactively “looking after” my personal and professional insurance needs and responds promptly to phone calls, requests, policy questions and coverage changes.

What a great experience. Switching was easy Pryor did all the leg work. He is a family man and really give attention to his customers. I’ve never had an agent call, text, email, etc after a storm or weather incident to check on us and our family. Pryor does that showing he really cares about his clients. This goes a long way in an age where customer service is non-existent. Rates were also about $200/month lower than what I was paying.
