So we bought our first mattress from them in 2018 great mattress. For about 6 months. It sag and sways. Ok so we new it had a 10 warranty so we called got it warranty took it back got a new totally different mattress. The manager says that this one has the 10 year warranty as well let us know if anything happen well guess 2 years go back same issue. Called to get the warranty management says ok I will have the warranty dept call you and I will send out paperwork. He will call on Wednesday. Well Wednesday comes nothing Thursday nothing so I call they act as if they have no idea. Well I asked for the manager the lady says ok and hang up me. Really?? So I call back and get a guy and ask for the manager he said he is not available so I go through the spill again .he puts me on hold until I hang up. Y advise if you want to be robbed then go here. Otherwise stay away . They are reAl joke! I won’t go back period! They won’t honor the warranty at all
