        I called today about placing an order for delivery, didnt even know how to order the item I wanted and they stayed with me until I could find the sku number for reordering the same sheets. I got everything I wanted over the phone and didnt wait at all. I cant ask for more. I wish I could come into the store, but I have three kids.

        The store clerks didn't even bother to show us their inventory and told you just go online.

        While I love Pottery Barn, the staff weren’t very helpful at this location. Our sofa preferences weren’t in stock and it seemed like we were a nuisance. The selection here is pretty solid, could have used a better staff & salesperson to help us along the process.

        We LOVE Pottery Barn. But more than the beautiful items, we love the customer service here. Even my husband wants to stop in and browse if we are passing by. Angel is our go to guy. We do not order online, only from the store, and only from Angel. He has really helped turn our place of residence into a home. I'm pretty sure we are here every other week at least.
