        Its very important to have accurate information especially when handling things as important as peoples finances! Could save much time and energy. Mr. Kevin and Mrs.Lorna were professional, hospitable and easy to work with! Ask for them if possible

        Called today to be sure they were open. Representative said yes they would be opening at noon. Drove for 30 minutes to get there through all sorts of road types and conditions. Nobody there. Call back and was told that they changed their mind due to the bad road conditions. Again, I just spent 30 minutes driving there with no problems in those "bad" road conditions. They branch employees where just being lazy and wanted to make it a four day weekend. They have have a very poor understand of customer service and no work ethic.
