POLICY STATS YOU HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN IN 60 DAYS. I PURCHASED A PAIR OF WHITE VIONIC SNEAKERS IN DECEMBER. WHEN I RECEIVED THEM I HAD NOT NOTICED BOTH SHOES WERE FOR THE RIGHT FOOT. ON 03/19 THE WEATHER WAS NICE AND I WANTED TO WEAR MY NEW SNEAKERS ONLY TO DISCOVER THE ERROR. CALLED DILLARDS THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND OR REPLACE THE SHOES. THE SHOWS HAVE NEVER BEEN WORN AND ARE STILL NEW. I EXPLAINED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE I SHOULD NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ERROR. I HAVE LEARNED TWO LESSONS TODAY. ALWAYS INSPECT MY MERCHANDISE AND NEVER SHOP AT DILLARDS.

I LOVE Dillards. Their buyers are always on it with some of the greatest picks for the season. The service is usually top notch and their pricing is fair. They have great sales on really high quality stuff.

I tried to buy some boots online. I called them and confirmed my order. I then received a notice that the order was canceled. I called the customer service line to inquire. I was told the order was cancelled because I was shipping to an address different from my billing address (I work in another state).
The lady who took the call got really upset when I asked, "surely you have customers who have a different shipping address?" She got upset. She then blind transferred me to her corporate number and I told her there was no need to be rude.
