        This is one of my favorite starbucks because the drinks always taste good but more importantly they have great customer service. Holly one of the managers is great. They closed and I’ve never been so sad for a store to close.

        Sat and waited at the drive thru with no response for 5 minutes, then pulled up to the window to sit and be ignored. I could see the workers the entire time.

        The cashier was friendly and the drinks was good. I ordered the hot chocolate and my daughter ordered a pumpkin spice frappachino. My hot chocolate was ok... It was a little bitter for my taste. My daughter said her drink was good. The wait was way too long . Me and my daughter was first in line and only one other lady behind us and it took over 12 min. for a hot chocolate and a frappachino.
