Ive seen several reviews about cars getting towed from this parking lot. Well let me inform you, theyre still on the prowl. Got towed last night may 16th while being at a concert at the hall. About 15-20 other cars also got towed. My friend & I were very afraid of a man wandering around screaming while we were left waiting for a gracious friend to pick us up. What kind of scam is this church running with this A1 towing company? Cost $427.05 to get my car. Originally they tried to charge me a 2 day fee when my car was stored there for less than 12 hours. They partner with the A1 towing company on MacArthur dr in NLR.

For a church that don't want to be judged they surely judged us and towed 20 cars because of there beef with the hall. We weren't there for more than 4hrs and they towed us and left several people in financial debt and possibly without cars great job Christians real great job there is only one tow sign and it's not even facing the street!

Completely unsure why they feel it necessary to tow cars on nights that they do not use it when it is obvious that is being used for people to see concerts 2 blocks away. Imagine a church, a place of God, purposely inflicting upon people, especially teenagers, the shock of their car not being where it was parked and THEN the cost of multiple hundreds of dollars (that they may not even have!!!) to get their car out of the impound lot. This is significant Old Testament/vengeful God type of discomfort that they purposely direct towards citizens of our area. And for those who may have come from Memphis or out of the area? What are they supposed to do when they can't even get their vehicle until the next morning? I seriously doubt they will respond to this, but I'd be happy to debate this with argument with them in any setting.

The following is an email that I never thought I would be sending to the pastor of a church: To Reverend Cameron Mitchell and whom it may concern, As Im sure that youre aware, approximately 20-30 cars were nonconsensually towed from your parking lot on Saturday April 10th between the hours of 7-11 pm. When we returned to the lot to go home for the night we were shocked to find our vehicles missing. Several of us then walked around the interior perimeter of the parking lot to try to find a reason that our cars were towed, only to find the very small and very few signs that were posted stating that no authorized vehicles were allowed. If you were concerned about your lot being blocked by our cars for Easter Service I believe it would have been in everyones best interest for you to raise the chains that are located at each of your parking lots entrances, rather than tow that many peoples cars from the lot. It was incredibly inconsiderate and not something that I would expect from someone who calls themself a Christian. This was an incredibly poor representation of your faith. Because you towed so many of our cars many people were stranded in downtown Little Rock, which could have been incredibly dangerous. Putting people in danger is not something that a Christian should ever knowingly do. There should be signs posted at the entrances to your parking lot that state no unauthorized vehicles rather than facing the interior only, as it would have prevented this from happening. When we all began calling the towing company to inquire about collecting our cars we were told we had to call at 10 am on Easter Sunday to find out when our appointment would be to get our cars and what our fees would be. We were each told that our appointment to collect our vehicles was at 1 pm and that our fees were $427.25 each and that we were only allowed to pay in cash. As you can imagine, many of us had to go get this money from an ATM because the banks were closed and so this turned into an entire days ordeal. Since they told all of us to come at the same time we had to stand in line for approximately an hour waiting to get our cars back. Because we had to spend the entire day worrying about getting our cars returned, many of us who have family that live out of town were not able to go visit them for Easter. This Sunday also happened to be my grandmothers birthday and I was unable to go visit her. Im very disappointed that you would ruin what should be a day of celebration for many people because of your own motives. I have contacted the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board and will be sending them pictures of the signage in your parking lot. I hope that you understand how many peoples weekend that you ruined and you should feel remorseful. Matthew 7:12 So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
