Budget Car Rental

Do not rent from Budget/Avis in Little Rock. I'd plan on avoiding them period. About 15 people in line and one person at the desk. And to be nice, I'll just say they're very, very not fast. 2+ hours later, we got to the front. The line had about 30 people in it. My flight took less time than the rental line. Unbelievable.

The staff was very helpful, provided choices in vehicle. Transition was fast.

the worst service ever, the staff is very bad and arrogant, they kept us on hold for 2 hours just because they were bored, there is an Indian who is very rude, and the black woman at the office is even more arrogant because of this service, she quit also at Budget

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Me thinking that renting from Budget at the airport would be just like renting from Enterprise and Alamo was the worst idea I've had all year. First, the compact car I requested online wasn't available (of course). So, Ms. Tasha offers me a truck w/a flat bed (no thank you). I get to the car she decides to put me in, and it's a Dodge Charger WITH A FOOTLONG CRACK IN THE CENTER OF THE WINDSHIELD (again, no thank you). I go back inside and proceed to get back in line... I tell Ms. Tasha the situation and request to be compensated for the inconvenience. She says, "You say you want to speak to a supervisor (w/a nasty tone that can only be matched by her nasty attitude). I say, "No,I asked to be compensated". ...She gives me the keys to car #2, I start walking away and she says, "You talkin' bout being compensated, but I gave you a free upgrade when I could have put you in that compact car". I said, "Wait! The compact car I wanted is available?..b/c me being put in a car I didn't initially request IS NOT AN UPGRADE FOR ME!". She says, "Well, it's being serviced right now; so, you'll have to wait" (last time...no thank you). I just walked away. Overall, just not the way a person wants to start their morning. I wish I would've stuck w/the airport's rental companies that I know are super professional, accountable, and accommodating. IT'S A HARD NO FROM ME FROM NOW ON! READERS BEWARE B/C YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! EDITED B/C I FORGOT TO MENTION CAR # 2'S "68 MILES TO OIL SERVICE NEEDED" LIGHT THAT WAS ON THE WHOLE TIME TOO!
