        I Love Love Love having my Escalade serviced at Parker Cadillac. I am always welcomed as though I am their top priority. The videos I receive while they are working on my Ms. Bossy, are very informative and keep me in the loop of whats going on with my baby. But, my overall favorite service is to see her nice and washed with a fresh inside vacuum and those delicious cookies. You dont have to buy your Cadillac there, but you sure will be blessed every time you have it serviced at Parker Cadillac!

      All departments at Parker Cadillac have tried to help Mr. Whitaker. He has not allowed us to diagnose his vehicle and wanted us to order a part when we had not looked at his vehicle to know what was needed. We worked multiple days to help him trade his vehicle but were unable to secure terms that were satisfactory to the customer. Unfortunately these factors are out of our control, as we cannot control the lender's approvals and we cannot order parts without a proper diagnosis. We remain committed to assisting Mr. Whitaker and would welcome the opportunity to properly diagnose his vehicle condition.
