Update: Although I have not returned to this business since my last encounter. I will say in all fairness, management did reach out and try to rectify the situation. i know they didn't have to do so. Today I was very surprised to receive such awful service. I've been here a handful of times in the past with absolutely no issues. So sad to see their customer service decline like this.

I only give it 4 stars because about half the time I go the gooey cookies are delicious. The other half its almost like the cookies are undercooked. Theyre mushy and wet feeling. But when theyre cooked right they are SO GOOD. I just wish it was more consistent.

The location is cute and inviting, but I hated both of the cookies I bought. I bought a chocolate cookie and a decorated sugar cookie with "Happy Birthday" written on it. They looked so cute! However, when I bit into them they tasted awful. I believe they use an almond extract in the sugar cookie, which I'm not opposed to, but I found it to be overpowering. The chocolate cookie didn't taste anything like chocolate to me and the texture was weird. I can't really explain it except to say that it reminded me of chalk or powder. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying the cookies, especially since it was my birthday when I visited. On a more positive note, the service was very friendly and quick. I'll have to pass on visiting again though.
