It's such a crazy time and when you come across a company that treats you with such high regard and respect, answers all your 1 million questions...smiles you have to make sure you give a huge shout out! I can't say enough kind words about Kathy's office and staff.. from day one with the video updates which I loved! To her staff reaching out to me... and honestly from start to finish really less than 30 days... if you don't count the three years ago when I started asking her all my questions (smiles). Honestly if you need a mortgage or a refi call Kathy at Gateway! An outstanding full service operation! Best Customer service and confidence!

I personally worked with Megan Crist. She was very informative through the whole loan process. We hit a couple bumps and she got them all cleared. She is very through and professional. Everything that was within her means she made happen. Great overall service. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had buying my first home with Megan Crist at Gateway. She made the entire process an absolute wonderful experience. She’s very professional and went over and beyond to get me my perfect first home. She was always so helpful, kind, answered my hundreds of questions and was so patient with us. I had no idea what buying a home was all about and throughout the entire time she explained things so well and made everything so much easier for me. She was an out of the box thinker and did whatever it took to help me. I’m astounded with everything she did for me and forever grateful. I’ll never use anyone else! Thank you Megan Crist!!

This was the easiest refinance I have ever been through! Megan Christ was wonderful to work with! And I loved the tutorial videos showing exactly what was happening and what was to come. They had the lowest rate compared to lots of banks. I highly recommend them!
