Towne Oaks Apartments

Dont move out here !! I already paid over $2,000 just to move into a hell hole !!! No heat or air ! They put an ac unit in my window !!! But had prior time to fix everything before I moved in and didnt start repairing things until the day I was moving in !!! So I have them in my way as I move in and still had to move in unsatisfied! I stayed in Normandy place 745 a month ! Here 833 and they are the worse !!! I would have stayed where I was at if I knew it was this bad . Do not come out here !!!!! And I havent been here 24 hours !!! They didnt even have the correct keys to the apartment!!! I spent 2 hours driving back and forth !! The worst !!!! And Im already invested in a contract I cant leave so dont come here !!!

When you see all the negative and horrible reviews that are one star, that could easily be no star, that should tell you ALL you need to know about the property and its owners. They don't treat tenants fairly and sooner than later, it will show in low occupancy, to no occupancy, you reap what you sow If you are looking for a new place to stay, I'll fore warn you, DO NOT LOOK HERE, LOOK ELSEWHERE, you've been warned and informed I moved out of their property over two years ago and their attorney had the audacity to send me a threatening collection letter. Trying to claim i owe over 2k. I owe them absolutely nothing, I gave them notice, vacated the unit, it was not damaged and clean. Towne Oaks NEVER sent me my deposit Wakefield, their attorney they use is indicative of how they tried to treat and use those same strong arm tactics as Towne Oaks. Thinking,that's going to intimidate me. It will do nothing but embarrass the attorney you use and Towne Oaks. If you continue harassing me, i have an attorney that will get involved and I guarantee, you'll lose big time. I'll even go and find witnesses who will share an attest to their own horror stories pertinent to when they lived there or gather the bad experiences from those tenants who are still living there now. I would strongly suggest that you cease desist from bothering me about owing you money, I owe you nothing and your attorney should have received my reply to their threatening letter.Do not contact me,do not harass me any further, this will be the only communication you'll receive from me. They don't deserve any stars, renter beware ijs, there's better places than Towne Oaks , trust and believe, don't trust them obviously, they must need the money, cause I haven't gotten my deposit back and I've been out of there since November , The unit was left clean, intact and undamaged, yet those are the type of ppl you will have to deal with, they're not business reputable to give me back my deposit, ppl who are NOT business reputable will have a huge boat to row, cause GOD will deal with themand they've got one of the best AR lawyers on retainer, simply cause they'll always need himI would NEVER EVER sign any lease with those people, and I regret signing the last lease, they have a very bad habit of never explaining things right out thoroughly, as well. I gave them notice before I vacated my unit and they didn't say anything, they've got all these things, they'll say though, you have this much time to sign a new lease, if you don't then, they never say, you can stay it's implied that you give notice and vacate the unit and I always thought they would raise the rent and I moved out November 30th and they had a new tenant in the unit , the very next week. Thats understandable, to put someone in the vacated unit too. Yet, had they said, stay in the unit til your lease expires, that would've made more sense, and that's not what was never said to me during that time. That's just one example how they operate too. I wish I had not signed another lease with them. I was definitely not about to sign a new one for 2022. I would have avoided a lot of their mess, had I not signed the last one too, I'll do what I can to discourage others to follow suit too
