Sure to catch a disease here if you're a meth head or smoke crack or looking for some good head, highly recommend for slackers with no jobs, just a slinger's paradise, the city is currently having it torn down for bigger and better things...

I walked through this place going from point A to B, and this place was so decrepit, rusted, cracked, and disgusting that I just knew it had to be closed and was just full of druggies and squatters, but then I go online and find out it is somehow still open. From the McDonald's next door, this place just looks like a sub-par cheap 1 star hotel, but walk into the courtyard and it really takes a turn for the worst. It wasn't devoid of life by any means, I saw several people chilling outside of their rooms on old torn out movie theater seats and worn out lawn chairs, but as soon as I entered the courtyard about 4 of the 10 ran into there rooms and slammed the doors just upon seeing me. Then there is no water in the pool and there's non decorative bushes and grass 5 feet high. If you're thinking about staying here, walk into the courtyard and see what I mean, and then leave.

I rented my room and upon entering I found the room very clean and no bugs of any kind. I stripped the sheets back to check and nothing there. Also no roaches. The place is run down a bit but so far no problems. It is convenient to a Lot of different places to eat and a couple of grocery stores.
