There should be a zero star for this hotel. There is no free breakfast, no pool, as advertised and the three rooms they offered me after my complaints with all three being dirty, moldy, ripped curtains I couldnt close, a leaky sink I could not turn off, a dirty sock and other peoples items were left in the room so they clearly have not vacuumed, and the hallway exit signs were hanging by a live wire. The toilets had a black mold ring around all all three rooms and dried urine and feces stains on the toilets , a bug and other unknown bits stuck to the tub, and the front desk clerk refused to give me a clean room. Probably because there wasnt any. They called this a 2 1/2 star hotel and it should be a -2 1/2 million star hotel. I am reporting this hotel to the Health Department, the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce, and every social media platform I can! They refused to refund me for the two nights I didnt stay. Hampton Inn is where I will go and I will NEVER use Priceline or Wyndham hotels ever again!
