DO NOT GO THERE. Their service is beyond horrible!!! My husband is a regular there. About 2 and a half months ago, my husband brought me an Off White hoodie ($700) as a gift which I only wore once and I took it to the dry cleaner the day after for them to dry clean it for me. My hoodie was in perfect condition when I brought it in and when my husband came to pick it up, one of the medal from my hoodie was broken, damaged and they lost the piece! My husband brought it back to them for an explanation, they told him that they will keep it and will look for the medal piece to fix it for me. After two days, they called me and said that they couldnt find the part and told me to come in and file a claim (my husband finished the claim and they told him that they are going to be responsible for that) and they will send a check. I told them I only want them to buy an exact same hoodie as mine but they refuse to and repeatedly told me they will send me a check. Ive been waiting for two months, and also been in contact with them the past two months but the check never arrives neither a reasonable excuse for that. I believe them and waited for them, nothing. I came back today and the owner Hal Rees yelled at me and told me that either I take the jacket back because theyre not responsible for it and blame it on the manufacture. I do understand that the manufacturer can mess something up but it will be better if they said it from the beginning so I can send the hoodie back to the manufacture to get it fix (the return policy is 30 days) but NO, they made me wait for two months!!! I dont think it is from the manufacture because when I received it, it was in perfect condition. The manager there Anida admitted it was their fault, she was the one working with us the whole time. They even called the police on us and didnt let us talk at all. The manager was crying feeling bad for the customer and was afraid that shell get yell at by the owner. Before I left the place today, I told them they can have the hoodie, can keep their money, its not worth it.

Im tried to go back and use Magic Touch. Never again. Rudeness and poor customer service doesnt win business. Wear Dry Cleaners was happy to have my business back.
