I love this club!! Best club Ive ever been apart of. The staff is friendly, motivating, helpful and encouraging! If you arent wanting to be in a crowded gym, anytime fitness in Jacksonville is the place for you!! I already went today but im thinking about another session this afternoon!! This facility feels like a second home for me!

I signed a two years contract about 4 years ago and decided I wasn't a fan of the gym so I brought myself out early and informed a anytime fitness employee I no longer wanted to be a member he told me he would cancel my membership due to me buying myself our of my contract. For two years now I've been unknowingly paying them out of my bank account not knowing I was a member! I call and the manager tells me I'll have to come in to fill out paperwork to start my process of canceling my membership. If you sign a two year contract and buy yourself out and inform them you no longer want to be a member they continue to take money out of your bank account. This place is a joke and they are SCAMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!!

I recently signed up. Yes there is a contract and its your job to read it before signing up. I did the 12 month contract and know the terms. Yes the price is'nt that cheap but again they tell you and its even on their website what the month premium is. I think alot of complaints I've read is due to lack of comprehension and reading. A contract is a contract. I love it cause its Close to home and they are'nt crowded. If I felt it was'nt sanitized I can always take my own.
