Lawn Boys Hot Springs

We have a rental property in Hot Springs Village. Lawn Boys came out and removed all the dead trees and bushes. Then trimmed back the shrubs and sprayed the weeds. My tenants are so happy. And so is the neighbors. They were very reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I tried to talk to one of the employees, (I think his name was Mike), he was very rude. Just a huge jerk! I will never use lawn boys and I will always tell everyone about the mean, snarky, & hateful way that he spoke to me! For no reason! Maybe he was grumpy for his own good reasons but he didnt have any reason to treat me that away.

I called to get a quote on cutting my yard. I got voice mail so I left them a message. A guy called me back later that evening and said he would go by and check it out and call me back. A week later I called back and still had to leave a message and yet no response. It’s now been 2 weeks and my grass has got to be cut. I guess they didn’t want my business. Should have at least called me back regardless. Thanks for nothing. Very disappointing and do not recommend.
