Worst customer service of any company I have ever used. Internet is problematic, intermittent with lag, every single day. (Supposed High Speed) Also, much more expensive than other companies.

Pricing for a bundle : phone cable,internet in 2017 started @ $ 135.0 /monthly, then jumped $199.0 on the first of Jan, 2020 with "no" prior notification. Customer service is tied to managements directives , in that, most of the issues,could not be resolved. Asking for a supervisor you were put on hold for an indefinite time; there were no call backs! I gave 2 stars because the bundle worked fine.

Spent over an hour with an enthusiastic customer service salesman who completely misled us. Did not hook up both our Suddenlink accounts (at two separate physical addresses) using my existing email address. He said everything was taken care of…two months later our internet was cut off for lack of bill payment on one account (we had never received a notice AND there was no automatic payment). Thus, had to spend hours online with Suddenlink (forget getting ahold of a “customer service†representative) redoing the entire second account by establishing 2 separate Suddenlink email addresses. Does this make any sense? No. Could we figure out any other way to link both accounts to one email address? No. I now have two Suddenlink email addresses. Apparently it’s either impossible to have one Suddenlink account (and one email address) linked to two physical addresses: you need two email addresses, one for each physical address. But, who knows? It’s literally impossible to get a straight answer. The guy who “helped†us was only interested in a sale. We switched to Suddenlink because the difference in our monthly bill was substantial and AT&T also bites, but at this point I really regret ever going into that store. Hours and hours, from the beginning, of time to do this and no faith in this company.
