The office is never open during office hours to pay our water bill...
Phone is never answered to address questions or to pay by phone.
Site says bills can be paid online by using doxy...
yet when doxy is used to pay bill ( even early ) water service is interrupted/shut off because of "late" or non payment.. and once you can reach someone DAYS LATER.. they refuse to reconnect service until reconnection fee is payed..WHEN IT IS NOT THE ERROR OF CUSTOMER.
Employee ANGELA is never actually at work it seems.
MUST BE NICE TO BE PAID FOR A JOB NOT DONE..
AND WHAT A SHAME IT IS THAT CUSTOMERS SUFFER FOR IT, AND REVENUES AND TAX DOLLARS PAY SALARY FOR A PHANTOM EMPLOYEE

I have to give it bad review due to twenty yrs of their water line constantly leaking. It was finally sleeved with pvc pipe and yet still line leaking. It’s due to the high “pressure†in the line as it’s on a dead end with no one using water in the 2houses past me where the line ends
