WYNNE LOCATION-I had a very bad experience using this provider. They refused to admit they failed to give my son his blood test and tried to say I never brought the form in for it, then tried to say it wasn’t ever required, then refused to redo the blood test to make up for the fact that it wasn’t done! I brought it all in in person and they still continued to argue with me then CALLED ME and started to argue again! “Candy” was the one I spoke to on the phone, who was very rude and tried to speak over me and argue with me so I couldn’t get a word it! She also refused to give her last name so I could make a complaint. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Terrible service and bedside manner! Will be switching to a better provider, thanks!

I would not recommend this facility to anyone! They misdiagnosed me. Had prescriptions on my file that I was never given for the diagnosis. They explained that what I had was similar to something else which couldn’t be further from a correct or proper explanation. They never close the loop and update or call about testings or exams. They are not even knowledgeable enough to run a medical office. They have to look up online to inform you about information pertaining to your visit, even to answer important questions you have. Why pay to come to an uncomfortable setting to sit for 2 hrs and have people misinform and misdiagnose you if I can sit at home and do that myself.....so disappointed in the people here. Getting paid good money to uproot lives and take away peace of minds!
