Unprofessional. Called and talked to a front desk lady, she put me on hold, 5 minutes, talked to me again, while I am in the middle of telling what I need, she told me someone is calling and put me on hold again for 5 minutes, surely I hung up....no, that's not how you do it, it's not how you earn the business. I waited for my turn to talk the first time, but you shouldn't put me on hold the second time to talk to someone that long, you should let them wait or leave you a voice mail. It's a basic first come first serve rule. That right there keep your customers away at first. Service: General window replacement
