Sorry you had this on your mind for a long time. We don’t like leaving a bad mark on anyone and thank you for 10 years of loyalty, that is huge and not something we want to throw away. I see the bad review on the plumbers you stated you’d be using from now on in the above review and around the same time you left the one on our team, I surely don't want our industry shed in a bad light, we take our business seriously as it is how we feed our families, Mr. Rooter are good people. We do collect for services at the time work is completed, demand is a harsh tone we try to avoid as we don't think of our customers as an invoice but humans we want to continue working for. We also do charge a fleet charge of $5 on every invoice to keep our trucks rolling and to keep the hourly rate from being increased as a savings to our customers.
