The staff there is totally inprofessional especially Derek. I posted a review after I had not heard from anyone there on a home we wanted to buy. He called but informed me it would be 3 or 4 more days because he was to busy. When he asked me to take my post down and I refused he got mad and told me to take my business elsewhere. I will not be bullied by any business small or large.I don't mind paying more for a home if I get good customer service.

Derek at Sue White Homes in Fort Smith made our home buying experience a breeze! He isn't your typical "pushy salesman." He shot us straight and told us what we would and wouldn't get for the budget we had in mind and made it work. The whole process took us about a month and we got moved into our brand new home last week!!! So thankful.

Our Home Consultant, Derrick, ended our search for the perfect home at the perfect price. Seriously. I'm happy our search is over. It's exhausting. Lol He's open and upfront about expectations and possible disappointments. We viewed The Number One by Savannah and knew it was the one. Derrick is the guy that's going to put us in our next home.
