Roaches, rats, poisonus spiders black mold racism A Moffitt yelled "I am going to get rid of that f...ing black NIGG*R bi..h" on 10/6/2021& said she was going to have her buddies at the police department arrest me and get me out of her way while in the next minutes touching my things on 12/12/2021 saying "I wish I had this and this and this while everyone was trying to clean up a flood where they failed to properly repair a heating element and REPEATED leaks repeated sexual harassment. Breaking in and out of apartment, stole my money, food, furniture, clothing, jewelry, birth certificates social security cards ELECTRONICS, appliances, multiple household item, pictures, all of my grandchildren's clothing & gifts, decorations, televisions, cameras DVD players DVR, music CD computers, tools & etc thousands of dollars in belongings & now I'm harassed by people she has released my information to, my military paperwork, my son's notary paperwork, medical records, dishes, cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, just absolutely hateful. My rent was paid up for months she refused to give me receipts as I asked REPEATEDLY & she stole those months of rent as well, lied lied lied. She knew I reported her and the APARTMENTS to WASHINGTON had office for discrimination & rodents & black mold and drugs

Great place but many people hate the manager is outrageous just because Mrs. Amanda is white and she doesn't fix the problem right away doesn't mean she racist. You who say these things are racist like your accusations

This place is horrible. Management comes in your apartment without notice. The apartment “Manager”, Amanda is so racist it’s ridiculous. Constantly comes in peoples apartments snooping around. Save yourself the money. They are low budget badly designed apartments with incompetent property staff. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Light fixtures are never replaced leaving tenants in pitch black. Stair steps collapse which is extremely dangerous. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!!!
