Don't bother calling... I order online to avoid lines (although there was not one this time) I ate here while traveling and everything was good. Today I accidentally placed an order here because I didn't change the pick up place. I immediately started calling. Continued calling throughout the day... Had they answered I could have saved myself the charge and saved them wasting the food...

I came in for an online pick up. Had to ask them to remake it, there was only one portion of protein on a footlong and over filled with veggies. /I've worked at subway/ It's been 45 min I've sat here and they still haven't remade it, and keep making more sandwiches I have all the patience in the world but thats ridiculous.
After getting my sandwich the lady with glasses, light hair and tattoo sleeve acted as if I was wrong and I proceeded to let her know I was jus working at a subway a month ago I know what portions are and how all the sandwiches are made. She was very unprofessional and rude and continued to have attitude the whole time.

No cups for water. For an almost $16 sub I think it should be ok for you to give a cup with water in it.
