The receptionist and front desk people are very unprofessional, disorganized, uncaring and not helpful. They lose appointments. I will not go back.

Front desk is very difficult to work with. Set up my annual wellness exam. They have a walk-in lab but when i asked if i could get my labs prior to my wellness check I was told i had to go to my appointment with the doctor, then get labs. I assume I would either have to set up another office call to get the results or trust that the doctor reads them later and then call me I guess? This is crazy. I called back 30 minutes later and asked the same question and i was told it was fine to come in and do my labs and then see Dr. Coker. A week later I came for the labs and the front desk told me I would have to come back later for my labs after I met with the doctor. Makes no sense, but it does have the potential for the clinic to get paid for another office call.
