I worked for this company for over a year. This company was being managed by someone else when I first started vs who they have now. The old manager/supervisor was an amazing person to work for. It was actually enjoyable to come to work. The owners of this company are great people as well, however the new manager running the place is not all that great, the lady who answers the phones now isn’t that great either. You can’t have someone who is too arrogant run a business rather then listen to their employees and work them so hard in the summer heat that they literally become sick. Someone who isn’t so incompetent or self centered needs to be placed back in the leadership role. Place use to be amazing but new management rather run things his way along with the other personal in the office.

My son was out of town all summer working at an internship. I spoke to Brandi the week of May 17. I explained that we needed total maintenance as no one would be available to do the yard until mid to late August. We set up services for the lawn to be mowed, edged, beds to be weeded and lawn treated for weeds. We also set up auto pay. My husband and I returned to Fayetteville ahead of our son on August 20. This is what we found. Dead grass, beds overgrown with weeds and a crushed gutter downspout. I attempted to call Brandi multiple times and found her voicemail full. There were no other numbers to call. I finally reached her last week and was told there had been a miscommunication between her and Chris when she sent him to do the estimate and bed maintenance had not been done. She also apologized for the man they had hired to spray treat the yard. She stated they had fired him and hired someone else and would be giving us the final treatment free of charge. Today my son got notice that he owes $800+ and that there would be no final treatment. I tried once again to reach Brandi and was only able to leave a voicemail. There seem to be many internal miscommunications and people not doing their jobs. The photos show what we saw when we arrived on the 20th. They received one star because zero is not an option. Services: Weed control, Lawn mowing/maintenance, Mulching
