In Fayetteville working and looking for a quick bite. Several things stood out from the experience. First, they are very expensive for a burger shack. Two burgers, one fry and one drink for $15 +. The wait was around 10 minutes which I can live with as they state there is a wait. Second, the food was not hot even after the wait. Third, the food was average and not living up to the premium price they charged. I would not recommend after this experience.

first of all, we came in the doors that was hard to even see in because they was not cleaned in atleast a week, and there were NO tables cleaned. THEN it took 45 minutes, YES 45 MINUTES, to get our 2 #3 meals. but when it finally did come out, the fries were cold. so we had them make some fresh ones. that took another 25 minutes. . YES 25 MINUTES MORE. . .the whole time I could see behind the counter and into the kitchen, so I observed a woman walk in with a small dress on, and flip flops, she walked right back to the kitchen and stood around talking to the people that was supposed to be working. but they was all in a circle talking for about 7 more minutes. then the woman had the ice scoop swinging it around and even placing it on her shoulder. ummm that's not very sanitary if ya ask me. also, I noticed the guy cooking was placing the fry baskets on the floor. . ON THE FLOOR. . . then would grab one and put fries in it then into the fryer it went. . . so we decided not to eat our fries, so we asked for a refund. all of a sudden, no one wanted to be the manager and come speak with me. After I mentioned that I would like to speak to the owner, they then decided to give me 90 cents as a refund. I was offended. There was also all kinds of dirt and food on the floor in the kitchen behind the counter and underneath the freezer. it was very nasty. My husband informed the guy SHAY that was now claiming to be the manager, that we was going to call the health department because of the filth, and all Shay did was Lauph in my husbands face. We will needless to say will NEVER go back to that place, and will tell everyone I know about my experience.
I really hope the actual owner will read some of these reviews and make the necessary adjustments to get this business back on its feet and like it was 10 years ago. Mr. Burger USED to be the best place to go for a great burger and service. But not anymore and that's sad.
