August 10th of 2020 I hired Ryan for an uncontested childless divorce and we are at the end of October 2021 and I’m still married. I was told everything would be delayed because of covid but he didn’t have me sign any official paperwork to be served to my ex until august of 2021 and that only happened because I didn’t give up calling him and leaving requests to be called back. I checked with him in December of 2020 and he said we had a zoom hearing I didn’t need to be part of so I thought he had actually been working on things for me, at the time I didn’t know how this kind of thing should go but now I obviously realize he was lying about it. In April of 2021 he said he’d email the papers to me and I would need to get them notarized and signed but then never sent them. I spent literal weeks calling every few days and leaving requests to be called back and not getting any response. When I finally did get him on the phone he said come in and sign the papers so we can have them served and the papers he provided me to sign had my ex’s name spelled wrong. I paid $1500 to be lied to, not get called back and not have him actually work on my divorce. He claims now that they can’t find my ex whom I’ve been in contact with and given an address and phone number for and even asked if anyone has been to serve them with papers and they say no. I’m sure that’s another thing Ryan has been lying about and at this point I just want a refund so I can go pay someone who will do what they say. I cannot speak for the other lawyers at this firm but if they are at all like Ryan I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Never have I had a process go so smoothly and quickly. From Jason himself to the receptionist, they are all good, hard working, friendly people. I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable sitting in a lawyers office.

Jason and his team are absolutely incredible! Our son was in a motorcycle accident and sustained life changing injuries. From day one we were treated like family. He and his team are compassionate, caring and will give their all for their clients. Jason took so much stress and carried it for us so we could focus on our son. He truly cared for our sons wellbeing. We are forever grateful for Jason and his team!!!!

He is a awesome attorney, a great human being, I have no words to express the experience that I had with him and his team while they were working on my case, I do not regret at all having put my trust in his hands! Thank you very much Jason Hatfield !
