Store in Blue Springs, Missouri in Coronado. I was using a camel mobile coupon and I refused to let them touch my phone. Said she had to press the button herself that the coupon was used. I still refused. She declined the sale the store got the credit for the coupon and I lost the coupon to use at another store. I don't know where your hands have been nor do I have the time to deal with a broken phone if she dropped it. No other store does this and it's not required for you to hit the um done button for them to get credit for the coupon.

The employees at the st roberts location are terrible other then 2 people, they are rude and they like to target people cause they targeted us twice. Once was today and the other was the 29th.

Murphy USA Siloam Springs AR In Front of Walmart Supercenter....I had over 3000 points and NOW THEY WERE DELETED...I WANT MY POINTS BACK OR LOOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER.. I haven't been back since I found out you people deleted all of my points.. I deleted the app and haven't been back

I thought I'd left my cc at pump. Tried calling repeatedly but no ans at store. Called hd qtrs & they said they cn contact the store! WTH?

Store at Hwy 110 and Front street. I had a problem at store which was partially resolved by calling customer service number HOWEVER I asked for a call from the District Manager and was told they did not do that. Since when is customer service not the District Managers job?? The clerk accused me of stealing another persons gas. Home office proved I didnt and not one word of an apology from Breana Olivia to me or the person who paid for gas but she would not authorize their pump. I will NEVER go to any Murphy Oil anywhere again. Shame on you.
