        2/28/19 I was in search for a "Copper Fit Knee Sleeve" for an elderly friend of mine. I tried all around a 30 mile radius of us. Most employees that answered their phones came across as thou they could have cared less. One establishment even said, "You can come look in store and pharmacy", really. I then called this Fred's pharmacy. The pharmacists or tech was patient and cared about what I was needing. Although the pharmacy did not have it I was advised to call the store. Upon calling the store I spoke with Sharita. She put the service in Customer Service! Her compassion for my need and integrity shines. She came through with the product in-hand!! Sharita is a leader and holds example for others. Hope Fred's gets this review because Sharita is an asset! Thanks Sharita for taking your time "genuinely" for me and my elderly friend. SL & LG
