        Decent place to live if you get the right apartment. They have trouble paying their maintenance employees, and there is mismanagement in certain areas. Most Apartments need windows replaced(a safety issue.) Tenants are allowed to smoke and have pets leaving hard to cover up pet/nicotine stains, and leaving odor throughout some apartments and in the ductwork. There is also a strange taste and a brownish, cloudy, color in the water in some apartments. Building B has mold issues that need to be properly corrected. Most all units have Plumbing issues as well, especially after an intense rainstorm.
