Had to purchase a helmet and vest before I could unload. Could have saved $12 if that tidbit of information had been on their website.
Also, this landfill does not have a place just for private vehicles to unload as some landfills do. As a result I got a flat and had to replace the tire. $200 total bill, too much to dump a load of cardboard.

I had a trailer load of bathroom remodeling waste. I checked the website to see hours of operation, which stated 6:00 AM. The gates were open for commercial haulers, but individuals were not allowed to get weighed until 7:30. I found nothing about this on their website. I had to wait over an hour for someone to weigh me before I could dump. So frustrating. People use websites to get information these days, Waste Management needs to update their website to reflect the information the public needs to know regarding their policies and practices.
