Master Technicians and Mechanical

A couple of years ago, I had to have the entire house re-plummed. Master Tech not only did that, but they did a most excellent job. I have had to call them 3 times this year. Twice for plumbing issue and once for electrical. All 3 times they came out, they took good care of me and my mom. I am so happy with their service. Their technicians are friendly and professional. I will be using them again and again in the future.

Master Tech is wonderful to work with. They are always professional and quick to get the job done. They've helped me out of tight spots more than once. Not only have they repaired present issues, they have helped with plans to prevent future issues. For any plumbing or electrical issues, they are my first choice. Tryed to make appointment for new work to be done/ new build and they were not willing to drive across Crossett Arkansas to meet me at site and kept demanding that I give her an exact time I could be at the office and I was driving 7 hrs one way just to meet with them to get project started. The old lady running the phone thinks she owns, does the work, and run the company. You cant speak to no one that knows what your talking about because its her way or no way. And Im doing a new build so you know how much money$$$$ I was about to spend but the lady running the phones and the lack of them not willing to meet at site in the city of Crossett is my reason for my review. Im an OTR Truck driver I could not give exact time nor could I come to they office in my 80ft long 13ft tall rig, maybe they dont like Truckers
