Showed up to store our stuff, and the gate was wide open and doesn't work, and another person was filing a police report because of a break-in at her unit. Not a great location, and no one at the office on a Monday morning.

Non existing customer service. I’ve tried calling all week long and get no answer, just sitting on hold waiting for someone until the recording automatically selects a call back option that I have never received a call back on. Real good way to run a business, sit back collect money and do nothing, must be nice.

My son had a unit here. His door came out the track a month ago and he contacted management about it and they said to leave it unlocked so they could repair it. We got there to move all his belongings out over the weekend and it was still out of track and unlocked. I had to fix it myself to get the door open. The doors are so thin that I sliced my finger open while getting the door back in track. If you decide to rent here take into account that there will be zero maintenance if something goes wrong. Very cheap design for the units also. If your hauling a trailer there is very little room to maneuver in some areas. Also had trouble getting the pin numbers to work on the gate for entry.
