Domoyaki

This is my favorite Japanese in Conway. I have had one bad experience with the food, but having dined there since 2005, I find one mistake forgivable! The restaurant is clean, nice looking, and the food is delish! Never mind being one of the only restaurant in town where I can get some of the things that I want. :D I would recommend this gem to anyone, the sushi is great, the hibachi-cooked food is good, and the atmosphere is amazing. This is the perfect restaurant to take someone you want to get to know. It has a very quiet and intimate setting.

I found the service & friendliness to be exceptional, but my praise ends there. The tempura was heavy, not fresh (the shrimp was obviously regular, frozen, battered, fried shrimp); no delicate panko crust. I did not feel confident enough in their food quality to order sushi. I did have a house salad; the iceberg was old, almost bitter & rubbery. I will never go back.
