        Only because there is not an option for 0 stars. Rude arrogant dismissive and LAZY. I wound avoid at ALL cost. They are NOT the only option it town even when using Medicare. STAY AWAY!!! Do you allow your elderly individuals to deal with them, they will be disrespected and belittled. Even my daughter was appealed at how her grandparents were treated by these people.

        They are so slow to respond to requests for equipment. The staff has badgered me to return equipment that I never had but it turned out to be their paperwork mistake. Recently I needed them to fax a paper and after several calls and requests they continue to say they are too busy for a week.
